Ingredients
  • 4812″ Burrito tortillas
  • 32oz Pepperoni slices
  • 5lbs Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6lbs Pizza Sauce
  • 1NOTE Ingredient list might be bugged. Read Notes below
Instructions
  1. Cut a radius of tortilla. (Picture instructions below)
  2. Put a layer of sauce all over tortilla. (About 1/3 cup sauce)
  3. Add toppings. Spread out toppings to opposite quadrants. (About 4-6 slices of pepperoni and 2/3 cup cheese)
  4. Fold bottom left quadrant up, then fold to the right, and then fold to the bottom right. (Picture instructions below)

  • NOTE: Recipe ingredients calculator seems bugged. True numbers are 48 wraps from ingredients: 48 tortillas, 32oz pepperoni, 5lbs mozz cheese, 6lbs pizza sauce.
  • We buy the pizza sauce in large 6lb cans from Costco. We usually do not use all of the pizza sauce from the can. You can probably round down on recipe’s pizza sauce.
  • If pizza sauce is expensive, then consider buying canned tomatoes and making your own.
